Chief Minister Morning Breakfast is a program initiated by the Government of Tamil Nadu to combat malnutrition among students in grades 1-5 throughout the state. Initially piloted in 11 districts and 4 zones in Chennai, the program aims to eventually expand statewide based on the pilot's results.

This mobile application has been designed to oversee and regulate the breakfast program for government school students. Enrolled students at these schools are eligible to receive breakfast. The application consists of one module tailored for Corporations, Municipalities, and Government Schools that share a centralized kitchen within their respective areas. The second module serves villages where schools operate their own on-campus kitchens.

To ensure efficient management from the cooking process to food packaging, operators must input the necessary time data in the app for continuous monitoring. Delivery is facilitated through GPS-enabled vehicles, enabling real-time tracking of coordinates streamed to a central Database and accessible through a Dashboard interface.
